GRAND MAISON · OWNER INTRODUCTION
Fees & owner questions
A clearer management relationship starts with knowing what you pay, what you receive and what remains your responsibility.
01 · RESIDENT TOTAL
What the resident pays
Base rent plus applicable disclosed fees, utilities and extras. Deposits and initial move-in payments should be shown separately.
02 · OWNER ALLOCATION
Rent attributable to you
The owner’s rental allocation before deductions authorised by the agreed management arrangement.
03 · NET OWNER PAYOUT
What the statement pays out
After agreed fees, service deductions, authorised expenses and adjustments. This is not automatically your final profit.
Management fees, calculation bases, service charges, repair approvals and reporting arrangements are set out in your property-specific proposal and agreement.
